Another New Kings of Leon track – ‘Sex on Fire’

As the release date of ‘Only by the Night’ crawls (fnar fnar) closer to release the band have made available another song from the album. ‘Sex on Fire’ is available from the band’s Myspace and at the bottom of this post for your convenience

It’s a lot more structured and accessible than Crawl and seems to highlight the bands gradual progression towards a cleaner arena filling sound, with the same big guitars and anthemic choruses that made Because of the Times, which may or may not be a good thing depending on your musical tastes. I think I can just about get along with this amount of Arena Rock grandiosity , let’s just hope it doesn’t reach U2 levels in the future.
