The baby-faced ‘other guy’ from the XX continues to impress and display his talents for minimal, pitch-defying, post-dubstep reworks of otherwise unremarkable chart stars. Stumbled across the Doolittle remix a few days ago and was waiting for an excuse to post it despite missing it first time around; the Adele track that popped up yesterday is more than good enough of a reason. Not feeling it as much as the Doolittle, which might be one of the strongest tracks I’ve heard this year, but it’s good. Maybe I should check out the originals…
